Florida KidCare - Healthy Kids
Covering kids ages 5 through 18 isn’t just what we’re known for, it’s what we’re passionate about. If you’re looking for quality, low-cost health insurance for your school-aged child, we’ve gotcha covered. Here’s why our top-notch health insurance is for you:
As a government-funded program, we offer coverage for as little as $15 or $20 a month. We also have low-cost full pay options for those who don’t qualify for subsidized coverage.
Our health insurance is comprehensive! This isn’t just bare-bones, scratch-the-surface coverage–it’s quality care that includes doctor visits, immunizations, dental care, emergency care, hospital stays and much more!
Our enrollment is YEAR-ROUND! No opening or closing here! Families can apply at ANY time for our coverage online or call 1-888-540-KIDS (5437) to have an application mailed.
Parents: You are invited to visit the school's Parent Resource Room. In the Parent Resource Room, you will find academic games, leveled books, and manipulatives that can be checked out to work with your students at home. If you have any questions, ask your child's teacher or the front office staff.

Parent Involvement = Volunteering
We love our parent volunteers! There are many ways in which you can volunteer - please contact the school to find out how you can help our wonderful school. Our district website has more information on volunteering. Our volunteer form can be found here. You do not have to be a parent to volunteer but all potential volunteers are subjected to a background check for the safety of our precious students.
Box Tops for Education
Box Tops for Education is a program offered to schools by the General Mills Company. When grocery items are purchased that have the Box Tops for Education symbol, students can bring the box tops to school and they can be redeemed for 10¢ per box top. The General Mills Company will send the participating school money for all the box tops mailed in. The money earned is then used to purchase computer software, classroom enhancements or other educational items that are not covered in the annual budget.
Simply send in any box tops you may have at home with your child. There is a Box Tops collection box in each classroom. For additional details and a complete list of qualifying products, visit: www.BoxTops4Education.com
